Customers find their daily essentials and a curated selection of Amazon's top-selling items on Amazon Fresh. Amazon Fresh leverages hybrid stores operated by strategic seller partner where we have exciting plans to continue to offer array of hybrid services at exceptional value. The whole program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created. Hence, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Business Analyst (BA) who is interested in guiding key business decisions.

The person would be part of the Hybrid store team within IN Prime Now team for its Grocery Business. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of the key priorities of Hybrid store team through automation and insight sharing (with the help of data mining and modelling) to make high impact decisions. This role requires an individual with excellent understanding of SQL and query development and good business acumen.

Business Analyst-Hybrid Stores will take the lead to overcome complexity of working with 3rd party in developing new artifacts and data structures. He will partner with Amazon operations/business teams and external stakeholders to consult, develop and implement KPI's, automate reporting process and build solutions around process improvements. He will help run complex analysis to drive insights & actions to improve the customer experience. He will design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports & dashboards and will communicate insights and recommendations to internal / external business leaders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space. The Business Analyst position is based in Bangalore.

Key Deliverables

• Deep Dive and Advanced Analytics - Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity to help business team to create higher customer impact

• Metrics and Reports - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Automate data templates and reports

• Explore and deploy ML and design tools to help run complex analysis. Help identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions

• Build a SQL repository for adhoc requests and reports

• Develop and Train Biz Ops for organizing and reporting where automation not possible

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

• Technical skills - Proficiency in SQL / Python, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools and techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in hands on Analytics, dash-boarding, querying

• Strong Analytical skills - has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.

• Communication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in English. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role • Advanced technical or business degree (BE / Btech) • Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization using Tableau
