With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. We are seeking a Program Manager to join Amazon Flex, to support in developing long term solutions for complex compliance and regulatory facing programs in APAC. The Program Manager works cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to understand and improve large-scale programs and initiatives. They will be responsible for acting quickly to solve immediate challenges, while also using high judgement to plan program changes that will deliver long term benefits to the program. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive change. They must demonstrate a track record for building and directing cross functional projects with internal stakeholders, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business and team development.
