• 現場を深く理解し、データを緻密に分析して、プロジェクトの戦略を立てる。

We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager, Station Technology, for our Amazon Last Mile team. This unique role will focus on developing, deploying, and supporting new programs and continuous improvement initiatives for our Delivery Stations, with the goal of increasing station and associate productivity, improving operations quality and efficiency, and enhancing the associate and end customer experience through scalable solutions that meet the Japan market's unique needs while driving worldwide standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage pilot, expansion, and support of technology programs across the Japan network
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams at all level of the organization including operations, product engineering, and quality teams to design and implement technical and process solutions
• Develop a thorough understanding of station operations and Dive Deep into data to analyze performance and determine program strategy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 大学卒
• ソフトウェア、IT、物流、サプライチェーンマネジメント等に関連するプロジェクト・マネジメントの経験
• ビジネス要件の収集・定義、および、ソフトウェア開発チームと協業して技術的なソリューション開発に携わった経験
• Microsoft Excelの実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in project/program management in an industry related to software, information technology, logistics, and/or supply chain management or equivalent experience
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with engineering teams to develop technical solutions
• Proficiency with Excel
• Business level of English & Japanese

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 技術やプロセスにおける課題に関して、根本原因を特定して解決策を見出すための、深い分析・洞察力

• Master's degree or MBA
• Proficiency with SQL and/or other data analysis tools
• Ability to Dive Deep to identify root cause and develop innovative solutions for technical and process challenges
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in multiple countries
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
