The Device Hardware and Design Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior DEI Program Manager!

As a Senior DEI Program Manager in the Device Hardware and Design Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving DEI initiatives across the team, creating and leading working groups focused on DEI initiatives, working with cross functional teams (business teams, Talent Management, DEI center of excellence), and developing a DEI strategy by bringing innovative ideas to support the team's short- and long-term needs.

A day in the life
In this role, you will:
• Define the Device Hardware and Design Talent Acquisition DEI strategy, goals, and implement mechanisms to review progress and ultimately deliver results.
• Partner with the central DEI teams to design mechanisms to help inspect employee data, dive deep to find opportunities per DEI goals, and build action plans.
• Support the recruiting team to create a brand that attracts diverse candidates, drive internal communications, and interrupt unconscious bias to promote an equitable candidate experience.
• Translate best practices in DEI into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business needs.
• Influence and partner with cross functional teams to launch on-time and effective programs.
• Manage, track, and communicate large, complex projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of progressive prior work and experience in leadership roles in Diversity Equity & Inclusion
• Experience with DEI analytics, including how to drive impact in recruitment, talent, and inclusion metrics
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional audiences
• Experience building and effectively executing a DEI strategy from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
• Experience in a client service or customer-facing leadership role, enabling organization to build and execute their DEI plan to achieve measurable results
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion
• Executive level written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with technology teams

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $97,500 - $135,700 / year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
