Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a leader in cloud computing, is seeking a Sr. Campaign Manager with a passion for strategic creative and narrative brand storytelling. AWS is the world's fastest growing, multi-billion-dollar technology company and provides the technology powering over a million active customers in 190 countries. The Sr. Campaign Manager will drive campaign strategies for the cloud computing market leader's video team, informing creative development and supporting campaigns for long- and short-form video content. This individual will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into actionable campaign strategies, and creating mechanisms for repeatable processes, playbooks, and measurement strategies. They will partner closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and AWS business partners across marketing, media, brand design, social, and PR to drive consistent, high-bar creative which positively shift perceptions and grows our business. This is a role that will challenge in all the best ways as you inspire and inform the brand vision, and raise the quality and consistency of all video marketing work for AWS.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and drive campaign video strategies, coordinating video campaigns across channels, internal teams, and external agencies
• Support creative teams in developing and executing innovative video, social, and brand campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
• Write creative briefs that articulate insights that will inspire creative teams, and provide measurable creative and marketing strategies
• Connect the dots between business goals, customer insights, marketing strategies, and creative development
• Drive measurement tactics to maximize learnings and generate creative insights. Determine why a video campaign succeeded or failed based on the combination of strategy, creative, and distribution.
• Provide prescriptive guidance to stakeholders on how to optimize the performance of future video assets in the early, ideation phase of their project. Create playbooks across a variety of video needs.
• Manage multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, culture.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive creative culture that enables world-class creative development
• Present solutions and gracefully defend decisions to executive management

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of campaign management and/or marketing experience experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience presenting and defending work to Sr. executives
• 8+ years of experience as a Campaign Manager or Strategist inside advertising agencies, brand strategy consultancies, or the equivalent role inside a brand marketing organization.
• Track record of navigating complex businesses and producing breakthrough, famous work that drove results.
• Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners
• Experience managing creative and/or brand planning team (copywriters, creative directors, brand strategists)
• A nuanced understanding of video content, and how it ladders to marketing objectives and brand strategy.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to influence people up, down and adjacent to obtain buy-in for your designs
