Are you a design strategist who has a proven track record of building cutting edge vision long into the future? We seek a big thinker who has the proven ability to envision ways to test the boundaries of design who is customer obsessed and industry aware to drive the visual product global scale? We seek an influencer who thrives on customer-centric, data-driven, fast-growing, continually experimenting, research focused and market-leading visual design on a throughout worldwide campaigns.

We seek a seasoned strategic thinker to draw upon more WW influences internal and external to Amazon in order challenge status quo and better delight our customers. This visionary would work in parallel with our WW Gift Card Visual Design teams to support and innovate new idea for the electronic, animated and physical GCs, packaging, web content and advertising visuals.

We're searching for a senior leader who navigates complexity and ambiguity at scale with proven experience developing world-class, emotive imagery that people desire and want to use and share every day. A successful leader needs to be organized and visually guide the products future to improve and develop our customer experience. We are team-players who excel in presenting and developing ideas not only with designers but across vast groups and individuals across the company.

As a taste-maker who demonstrates design mastery, you will collaborate and influence multiple teams including tech, product, marketing and design at all levels. These teams seek to learn from your showcased design capabilities, futuristic thinking, including the ability to simplify and operationalize complex concepts while having a high degree of attention to detail. Many leaders, customers and partners look raise visibility of their creative achievements and be inspired to develop new Gift Card products, content and campaigns that engage, captivate, delight and serve worldwide audiences. Basic Qualifications:
• 10 + years of design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Digital Design, Digital Advertising, or other comparable degree program, or equivalent professional experience
• A portfolio of work demonstrating creative designs and visual product development with measurable results
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills; ability to listen, tie data to design, and present and sell concepts through storytelling at the highest levels of leadership organizations
• Demonstrates skills as visual narrator and taste-maker, well versed in the details that deliver delightful customer experiences
• Ability to scope design initiatives and influence prioritization
• Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, research studies), and steer the direction of future products and design initiatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:
• A keen eye for visual principles and ability to execute product and marketing campaigns
• Experience maintaining high quality creative, strong attention to detail, operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Experience designing for payments related products and/or industries
• Experience designing for B2B audiences
• Previous work in advertising or marketing, focused on multi-channel design
