Do you have a passion for diving deep to uncover key insights that drive critical business decisions? If yes, the Customer Behavior Cross Channel Optimization (CBA-XO) team is looking for somebody with your enthusiasm and skills to work as a part of the team. We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Partner Manager who is curious, driven, and passionate about building and maintaining key Partner relationships, develop and manage program opportunities directly with external partners, own deployment of projects and engage virtual and global resources. You will execute on a defined account strategy globally, including engaging with multiple teams internally responsible for the project.

Partner Managers are responsible for the growth and development of some of the most critical Partners globally.

This is a very hands-on role where you will be expected to possess strong Account and Partner management experience, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a rapid self-starter, prepared to work under tight deadlines, work with external Partners to communicate requirements and on boarding. The role provides direct ownership of key external relationships and their subsidiaries globally. The Partner Manager will need to actively problem solve business and technology challenges of key accounts, align with program objectives and execute an account plan jointly with your greater team while communicating at senior levels both internally and externally.

Key job responsibilities
Partner Development: Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication.
Planning: Track record of developing long term business and/or account strategy with a demonstrated ability to make trade-offs and effectively manage multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Goal Oriented: Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc., working across multiple organizations. Develop mechanisms to create accountability with a solution focused approach

Basic Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years external Partner management experience with at least 2 years in an Account leadership role managing complex and global relationships.
Relationship Development: Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication.
Planning: Track record of developing long term business and/or account strategy with a demonstrated ability to make trade-offs and effectively manage multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with B2B Enterprise ecosystem to deliver industry relevant solutions
• A strong understanding of technology in the Marketing measurement and Analytics space.
• Experience using analytical, account management, or productivity tools
• Direct experience working with Media agencies.
