**Candidate can be located in NYC, Seattle, Chicago, Arlington or LA** Amazon Advertising's WW Sponsorships team is looking for a Senior Manager to take our High Traffic Event Sponsorships program (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday) to the next level. In this role, you'll manage a team responsible for the overall business and product strategy, delivery and customer offering for this critical and high-profile program.
Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to:
-Lead the definition and management of high quality product roadmaps toward the team's strategy and vision
-Coach and develop a high performing team
-Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders to help them understand the decisions that needs to be made and what the options are.
-Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus) with leadership and partners
-Understand customer needs and synthesize these into new product features and roadmaps
-Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions.

A day in the life
You'll lead a global team of product and program managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and partner closely with retail event owners, sales, design, product marketing, release management, finance, and operations to bring these events to life for our advertisers. You'll create a vision for the program and define and own the product roadmap to get us there.
About the team
The WW Sponsorships team within Amazon Advertising partners with teams across Amazon to create high visibility and impactful opportunities for advertisers. The High Traffic Event team specifically focuses on our marquee retail events- Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience directly managing teams of 6 or more
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• 6+ years of experience managing teams
• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
-Experience optimizing for short-term execution while planning for long-term technical capabilities
-Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
