Amazon Advertising is looking for a leader of leaders for our DE Campaign & Creative Management (CCM) team. As our advertiser's "go-to" experts on Amazon Advertising's processes related to our advertising policies and creative services, CCM's earn trust and foster frustration-free advertiser experiences through seamless project management of campaigns, data-driven creative strategy recommendations and ongoing advertiser education, all aimed at helping advertisers grow their business on Amazon while upholding our end customers' experience.

The leader of this organization will be expected to deliver a vision for their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign and creative management. In order to do this, senior leaders obsess over their customers through data and strong business judgement, and apply this with a company-wide context. Senior leaders are trusted to address critical business needs through the leadership of multi-year projects or programs with significant business impact. They therefore need to have demonstrable experience of tackling extremely complex problems, and of ensuring the delivery of their programs through the design and implementation of mechanisms, which may include new tools or system requirements. They have extensive leadership experience, including leading people managers and building mutually beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will need to:
• Effectively partner with all levels of leadership, and adept at building consensus
• Influence organizational priorities, business stakeholders, and possibly technology direction
• Teach and coach our teams on identifying opportunities, creating solutions, and building mechanisms to operate and audit programs across multiple business segments and locales
• Assess impact on revenue, business growth, and cost savings and recommend projects to senior leadership
• Structure approaches to solving complex operational problems and develop key hypotheses
• Be willing to \"roll up sleeves\" and operate with limited guidance and in ambiguous situations
• Ramp and understand with WW Ads business quickly, as well as the needs of our customers

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Significant experience managing teams
• Significant experience delivering cross functional projects
• Significant experience in program or project management; defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Significant experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Significant experience in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands
• Expert level of understanding related to digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross functional and/or span business and technology
• Exemplary English language skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with more advanced skills in accessing/manipulating data (e.g. SQL, familiarity with Amazon data sources)
• Knowledge of creative, account management, sales, and related services functions
