Amazon's video ads program is a fast-growing segment of our business, and offers opportunities for advertisers to showcase their products via video both on and off of Amazon.com. Our OTT video advertising program includes opportunities within premium content and live events, providing unparalleled measurement that is unique to Amazon. As an OTT Partner Manager, you are responsible for driving sales and usage of our OTT inventory by partnering with Account Executives to drive video investment and growth directly with brands and agencies. Your role consists of reaching revenue and product adoption goals through prospecting, pitching the value proposition, proposal generation, closing and retaining business, and developing relationships with video advertising buyers. The OTT Partner Manager will also lead the development and negotiation of Upfront partnership deals with key Linear TV and digital video ad agency stakeholders. This role requires close partnership with multiple teams. The ability to be a product evangelist and educator to AEs across a large matrixed sales organization is paramount. You will be responsible for developing strategy and tools to deepen education with AEs as well as to increase penetration of Amazon's OTT offering with advertisers. As an OTT Partner Manager, you'll also be working closely with our Seattle-based product teams as well as our Ad Operations team, OTT marketing teams, yield teams, and research teams as you will be tasked with being a resident expert in communicating the benefits of and providing solutions to improve on our video advertising experience. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking the lead in strategizing video solutions for our advertisers, diving deep with video experts within the advertising community to discuss Amazon's benefits and shortcomings in the advertising marketplace, and working internally to innovate solutions that better meet the needs of our advertising customers. This role will drive you to define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with product teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. Lastly, you will need to roll up your sleeves as necessary to ensure campaign implementation stays on schedule and that the end product meets our high quality bar. As an individual contributor, you'll be joining an elite sales organization and will benefit from having direct access to the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience building new customer relationships
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Advertising, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Experience selling nascent products and/or services
• Ability to drive solutions to difficult problems
• 2+ years selling OTT
